Are you a hands-on Software Developer with telecom experience who enjoys turning ideas into tangible solutions? We\’re working with a leading telecom software provider that’s looking for a developer to build customer-specific demos and proofs of concept (PoCs) in support of their sales team.

This role is ideal for someone technical, creative, and eager to grow into strategic solution roles by working directly with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure customer-specific demos and PoCs
• Create supporting materials: demo scripts, interactive walkthroughs, and recordings
• Collaborate with sales, GTM, and customer technical teams (IT, Network Ops, Planning, Engineering)
• Ensure PoC solutions align with customer needs and sales goals
• Work independently in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment
• Help customers visualize real-world value through tailored software solutions

🧠 Skills & Experience:

✅ 5+ years as a hands-on Software Developer in Telco OSS/BSS

✅ Proficient in: Java/J2EE, Python

✅ Familiar with: Spring (MVC, Security, Data), Maven, JUnit

✅ Database experience: Neo4j (graph), RDBMS, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB

✅ Integration tools: ElasticSearch, Kafka, Drools, ReST APIs, SSO (LDAP, OAuth2),

✅ Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design

✅ Deep understanding of telecom networks (e.g., DWDM, Ethernet, IP) and operational systems

✅ Experience delivering customized solutions in fast-paced environments

✅ Comfortable with occasional travel
