EMEA GSI / Strategic Partner Sales Manager – Service Orchestration, Service Assurance & Network Automation Software

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong network in the telecom GSI\’s? My client, a leader in intelligent automation software, is looking for a EMEA Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive growth through Value-Added Resellers, Distributors, and System Integrators.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with partners (with a strong focus on Global System Integrators – GSIs) to expand market share.
- Enable joint sales initiatives between partners and direct sales teams.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new network-centric resellers.
- Engage directly with key customers and prospects.
- Define sales strategies and collaborate with marketing on brand awareness.
- Support pricing negotiations and lead face-to-face partner meetings.
- Align internal resources to develop long-term managed services strategies.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and partner sales within Enterprise and Service Provider markets.
- Strong knowledge of OSS and telecoms technologies.
- Detailed knowledge of Tier 1 & Tier 2 Service Providers, Cloud Providers, and MSOs.
- Proven success in building relationships with telecom, OSS, and network practices within Global System Integrators (GSIs), including Tata, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra.
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive thought leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
