The Role: As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission—identifying exceptional talent and connecting them with opportunities that shape the future. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, learning the art and science of executive search in some of the world’s most innovative sectors. What You’ll Do: Research and map out talent landscapes across cutting-edge industries Engage with high-calibre candidates and clients through confident, insightful communication Support the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to placement Build long-term relationships with industry leaders and rising stars Collaborate with a team that values creativity, curiosity, and results Who You Are: We’re not looking for experience, we’re looking for potential. You’ll thrive here if you are: Academically able – A strong academic background (any discipline). A degree from a top 20 University, Strong A-levels. This role is intellectually demanding. An excellent communicator – Confident, articulate, and engaging Deeply curious – Always asking questions, always learning Energetic and motivated – You bring drive and positivity to everything you do Resilient – You bounce back, adapt, and keep moving forward Whilst this is a graduate, entry level role – we appreciate applicants who have work, volunteer or community experience that helps demonstrate the skills and values we prioritize – particularly around communication, resilience and curiosity. We have office in Brighton (HQ), New York and St Albans. This role is based in St Albans and the ability to easily work from the central St Albans office a minimum of 3 days per week is mandatory.
