up with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing and
running at its best every day.
· Own
staffing, training and scheduling so you can build an outstanding 5-star crew.
· Spot
rising stars and help them level up through coaching, encouragement and
development.
· Create
smart schedules that keep the right people in the right place at the perfect
time.
· Be
the friendly, go-to-face new hires look to and the supportive leader your crew
counts on.
· Bring
the energy that helps boost sales, delight guests and drive strong results – no
pressure, you’ve for this.
What
We’re Looking For
· Experience:
At least 1 year of management experience
with the QSR industry and the confidence to guide a team to success.
·
Leadership: A great track record of
leading people, helping to grow and develop teams.
· Flexibility:
A 45-hour week, with availability across all day parts and days – you’re ready
to jump in where you’re needed.
