You will:

  • Lead the restaurant and be in charge of operations of one of our busy Wendy's restaurants in a fast-paced environment.
  • Train and develop a team of food service professionals.
  • Manage staff performance and expectations.
  • Control restaurant financial targets and expectations.
  • Supervise daily shift operations and maximise customer service.
  • Manage and complete all administration shift duties and reports.
