Your permanent home restaurant will be assigned within the Northwest region. As Wendy's continues to grow, there may be opportunities in the future to relocate to another restaurant to support new openings, business needs, or your own career development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and motivate team members during your shift
  • Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive team environment
  • Ensure food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are always maintained
  • Support the training, coaching, and development of crew members
  • Help manage labour, productivity, and shift performance
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Complete opening and closing procedures and ensure restaurants are ready for business
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
