Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are looking for a confident, proactive Property Administrator to join a growing property company (NOT estate / lettings agents). You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and sites in a fast-paced, supportive environment where strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving are essential. Previous property experience is a bonus but not essential. If you are organised, people-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance works
  • Prepare service charge budgets and approve invoices
  • Draft and serve S20 notices in line with legislation
  • Handle resident meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Manage insurance policies and claims
  • Ensure lease terms are adhered to and handle any breaches
  • Communicate effectively with residents, developers, and RMCs
  • Resolve conflicts and support a smooth-running environment
  • Monitor compliance and address necessary actions promptly
What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Confident, decisive, and proactive approach to work
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Experience managing residential blocks or RMCs
  • IRPM qualification or currently studying
  • Knowledge of leasehold legislation and compliance
