The Role Fully office-based position, responsible for managing all aspects of payroll while also supporting bookkeeping and / or accounts preparation. * End-to-end weekly and monthly payroll preparation and processing * Pension submissions and HMRC compliance (RTI, P60s, P45s, etc.) * Maintaining up-to-date employee payroll records * Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including ledgers, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and VAT returns * Support in preparing and assisting with year-end processes and, if you\’d like to learn, some management accounts * Ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently What You\’ll Need * Proven experience managing payroll processes in a UK business * Solid bookkeeping or accounts preparation background * Strong working knowledge of Xero (or similar) and Excel is preferred * Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and tax requirements * High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently What’s on Offer * Salary of £33,000 per annum * Good company benefits * Friendly and collaborative team culture * Well-located office near central Camberley * A stable role in a growing business where your work will be valued
