We’re recruiting for a growing technology design business based in Church Crookham, with a buzzy, vibrant culture and a genuinely lovely working environment. They’re looking for an experienced, capable and proactive Office & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their offices, company vehicle fleet and a variety of wider operational responsibilities. It’s a varied role where no two days are likely to look quite the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running and facilities of the Fleet office
- Overseeing three additional serviced office locations
- Liaising with landlords, suppliers and contractors
- Managing a fleet of approximately 40 company cars, including liaison with leasing providers and insurers
- Keeping on top of servicing, MOTs and vehicle documentation
- Coordinating drivers and a small pool of shared company vehicles

- Supporting new starter onboarding and potentially some light HR administration
- Providing occasional PA support to the Group Directors
- Arranging quarterly senior management meetings, lunches and taking minutes
- Generally spotting what needs doing, taking ownership and getting it sorted!
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, personable and confident working independently. You’ll ideally have previous experience across office management, facilities, operations, fleet administration or a similarly broad coordination role. You don't necessarily need to have done every element before, but you’ll be someone who enjoys responsibility and is comfortable juggling lots of different priorities. You’ll be outgoing and approachable, with excellent attention to detail and the professionalism and discretion required when dealing with sensitive information. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive. This is a role for someone who sees something that needs doing and gets on with it.
Hours & benefits:
9am–3pm Monday to Friday (some flex on start / finish times is possible) OR 3 full days per week (9 - 5.30pm). The role will initially be office-based every working day. Following successful completion of the six-month probationary period, there may be the opportunity for some hybrid working. The office is based in Church Crookham, near Fleet, so having your own transport would be useful unless you live locally. A great opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator or PA/EA looking for an interesting role.
