- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and installation teams
- Liaising with retailers and luxury brand clients on approvals and timelines
- Managing budgets, purchase orders and project schedules
- Tracking installations and ensuring deadlines are met
- Organising POS materials, collateral and logistics
- Maintaining accurate project and supplier documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous project management or project coordination experience
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects at once
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Confident working with contractors, suppliers and clients
- Retail, fit-out, merchandising or branded environment experience would be advantageous
What’s on Offer:
- £45,000 - £50,000 salary
- Excellent benefits package
- 12 month FTC with potential permanent opportunity
