We’re on the hunt for an experienced HR Advisor to join a thriving PR & communications agency. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a collaborative setting, and enjoy juggling everything from recruitment to employee relations, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, liaising with agencies, and ensuring new starters feel welcome from day one.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Keeping everything up to date with UK employment law and best practices.
- Employee Relations: Offering support on workplace matters, from performance management to conflict resolution.
- Wellbeing & Engagement: Running initiatives to keep employees happy, engaged, and growing in their careers.
- Training & Development: Coordinating learning programmes and career progression opportunities.
- HR Admin & Benefits: Managing employee perks, private medical & dental, EAP services, and more.
For more complex HR and ER issues, you’ll have the benefit of an excellent HR consultancy on hand to guide you.

- HR experience: You’ll have a solid background as an HR Advisor ideally in a professional services organisation.
- CIPD Level 5 is a must!
- Knowledge & skills: Strong understanding of UK employment law, excellent communication, and top-notch organisational abilities.
