Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to customers regarding fleet availability and incidents
- Manage breakdowns, defects, and service status updates
- Coordinate SLA recovery plans and escalate safety or operational risks when required
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on repairs and vehicle status
- Raise jobs, service requests, and purchase orders using SAP
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activity and service costs
About You
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Understanding of fleet, vehicle maintenance, or logistics operations
- Experience using SAP or similar systems
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Confident working within a 24/7 shift environment
