We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager with strong, hands-on experience of complex Employee Relations (ER) and expert knowledge of UK Employment Law. This role requires someone who can manage ER cases end-to-end independently, providing clear, accurate and commercially focused HR advice.
The HR Manager will support multiple sites and a wide range of leaders with differing levels of HR knowledge. Candidates must have experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments such as hospitality, retail, catering, contract services, or fast-food/QSR head office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex ER cases independently from start to outcome
- Provide accurate and confident UK Employment Law advice
- Support multi-site managers with varying HR capability
- Lead on disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance processes
- Support organisational change programmes
- Ensure consistent HR practice across all sites
- Proven HR Manager level experience with strong ER expertise
- Expert knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Multi-site background in hospitality, retail, catering, contracts or QSR
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5+ preferred
- Salary £55,000 – £65,000
- Bonus scheme
