Role Description
The Tailor Made Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home flexibility.
In this role, the consultant designs bespoke travel itineraries that match individual customer interests, budgets, and timelines across Wendy Wu Tours’ destinations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling enquiries via phone, email, and online channels; providing expert destination advice; preparing detailed quotes; and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
The consultant coordinates with internal teams and external partners to arrange flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, and visa services, ensuring all elements of the itinerary are accurate and aligned with company standards.
