We’re looking for a confident, proactive Property Administrator to join a growing property company (NOT estate / lettings agents). You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and sites in a fast-paced, supportive environment where strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills are the key to your success. Previous property experience is a bonus – but not essential. If you are organised, people-focused and enjoy projects and problem solving, you will love this job!
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance works
- Prepare service charge budgets and approve invoices
- Arrange resident meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Manage insurance policies and claims
- Ensure lease terms are adhered to and handle any breaches
- Communicate effectively with residents, developers, and RMCs
- Resolve conflicts and support a smooth-running environment
- Monitor compliance and address necessary actions promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Confident, decisive, and proactive approach to work
- Strong administrative and IT skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience managing residential blocks or RMCs
- IRPM qualification or currently studying
