What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day admin support
- Help coordinate project timelines and schedules
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams — keeping everyone in the loop
- Assist with documentation, reports, and data entry
- Keep project records up to date and ensure smooth processes
- Support onboarding of new projects and assist with internal systems and tools
What We’re Looking For

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
