A leading luxury beauty brand portfolio is looking for a National Account Manager to drive growth across key UK retail accounts. Ideal for someone who understands premium brand positioning and high-end retail partnerships.
£55,000 – £60,000 + c.10% bonus + excellent benefits
Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days WFH
Near Kingston upon Thames | Permanent | 37.5 hours
We’re working with a highly regarded luxury beauty business whose brands are stocked by leading retailers and department stores across the UK. They are now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to manage key retail partnerships and deliver continued growth across a portfolio of premium brands.
The role
You will take responsibility for developing and delivering retailer strategies while driving both sell-in and sell-out performance across key accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing long-term account strategies aligned to brand growth plans
- Delivering annual retailer business plans to achieve above-market growth
- Managing relationships with department stores, fashion retailers and e-commerce partners
- Leading commercial negotiations including trading terms and promotions
- Delivering trade activation plans to support launches and core brand pillars
- Monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with brand, retail, VM, finance and supply teams
- Managing forecasting, stock planning and launch timelines
About you
You’ll bring strong commercial capability along with the ability to build influential retail partnerships. You will likely have:
- 5+ years’ experience in National Account Management
- Background in beauty, fragrance, skincare or other luxury / premium consumer brands
- Experience managing major UK retailers
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Confident presentation and stakeholder management skills
