We’re recruiting for a highly organised Project Manager to deliver nationwide counter fit-outs, brand launches and in-store activations for leading luxury beauty and fragrance brands. Working across flagship environments including Harrods, Selfridges, Boots and Superdrug, you’ll coordinate projects from brief through to installation — managing retailers, contractors, suppliers and brand partners to ensure seamless delivery. This is not a store-based Visual Merchandising role. It’s a Head Office project management position focused on retail environments, activations and branded fit-outs across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple retail fit-out and activation projects simultaneously
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and installation teams
- Liaising with retailers and luxury brand clients on approvals and timelines
- Managing budgets, purchase orders and project schedules
- Tracking installations and ensuring deadlines are met
- Organising POS materials, collateral and logistics
- Maintaining accurate project and supplier documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous project management or project coordination experience in the beauty sector
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Confident working with contractors, suppliers and clients
- Retail, fit-out, merchandising or branded environment experience would be advantageous
