As they prepare to open their first standalone UK boutique in the heart of Soho, we're looking for an exceptional Founding Store Manager.
This is far more than a retail management role.
It's an opportunity to shape the culture, customer experience and success of a flagship boutique from day one.
The Role
Leading a team of three Beauty Advisors, you\'ll create an environment where every customer enjoys a highly personalised fragrance consultation.
Luxury fragrance is about emotion, craftsmanship and storytelling.
You\'ll inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences, recognising customer needs through conversation and multisensory buying cues, while driving outstanding commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and inspiring a team of three Beauty Advisors.
- Delivering an outstanding luxury customer experience.
- Creating an engaging boutique atmosphere that reflects the brand\'s French heritage and minimalist aesthetic.
- Bringing each fragrance collection to life through compelling storytelling.
- Coaching your team to recognise customer buying behaviours and deliver truly personalised consultations.
- Driving sales performance, productivity and profitability.

- Managing daily boutique operations, merchandising and stock.

About You
You\'ll already be managing within luxury fragrance or a premium skincare or cosmetics brand where client experience sits at the heart of every interaction.
