The role:
- You'll oversee the full day-to-day running of the branch, managing a fleet of c.300 commercial vehicles and 50 cars, supporting both private rental customers and B2B key accounts.
- You'll ensure smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and delivery against revenue targets.
- Alongside managing the team, you'll take ownership of fleet availability, compliance, and overall branch performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations, including rentals, returns, and customer service.
- Manage, motivate and develop branch staff.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor performance and produce reports to support continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience within commercial vehicle rental (non-negotiable).

- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-led approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
