Travel Retail Supervisor – UK & Ireland Luxury Beauty | Remote Based | £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you passionate about luxury beauty, exceptional customer experiences and inspiring retail teams to achieve their very best? This is far more than a traditional field sales role. It's an opportunity to become the driving force behind some of the world's most recognised luxury beauty brands within the exciting world of travel retail.

You'll spend your time building strong relationships with Beauty Advisors, developing their knowledge, motivating them to deliver outstanding results and creating a genuine passion for the brands they represent. Your success will be measured not only by sales performance, but by the engagement, confidence and capability of the teams you lead.

Every week you'll be visiting Heathrow and Gatwick, with regular travel to other major UK airports including Stansted, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin. You'll become a familiar face within the airport retail community, working closely with store management teams, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring the brands remain visible, competitive and commercially successful.

This role offers the flexibility of remote working, but candidates must be based in England and within easy reach of both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. A full UK driving licence is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll take ownership of a significant business portfolio worth up to £10 million in annual sales, ensuring ambitious commercial targets are achieved across multiple airport locations.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with Beauty Advisors, store managers and airport retail teams.
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring Beauty Advisors to maximise performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing high‑performing Beauty Advisors.
  • Delivering engaging brand training sessions that bring luxury beauty brands to life.
  • Analysing sales performance, identifying trends and implementing action plans to drive growth.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities to increase market share.
  • Managing product launches, promotional activity and visual merchandising standards.
  • Supporting airport events, animations and promotional campaigns.
  • Gathering valuable market intelligence and feedback from the field.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

About You

We're looking for a positive, ambitious and commercially minded individual who genuinely enjoys developing people and building relationships. You’ll bring:

  • Previous leadership experience working with luxury beauty brands within duty free / travel retail – this is essential.
  • Experience managing, coaching or developing retail teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence analysing sales data and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A positive, engaging and motivational leadership style.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A proactive, driven approach with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • Confidence presenting training sessions and engaging groups of people.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Working Pattern

Whilst the role is based on a 37.5‑hour Monday to Friday contract, this is not a traditional 9.00am–5.30pm position and there will be occasion for an overnight away from home. Success comes from being visible and available to your teams, so you'll have the flexibility to arrange your working hours around operational requirements, training sessions, launches and key retail activity. Due to the nature of the environment, you'll be required to obtain and maintain full airport security clearance to work airside.

What's On Offer?

  • £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary
  • Performance‑related bonus
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Remote‑based role with significant autonomy
  • Opportunity to work with prestigious luxury beauty brands
  • High‑profile commercial responsibility
  • A dynamic, fast‑paced international retail environment
  • Genuine opportunity to make a visible impact on a multi‑million‑pound business

If you're an experienced luxury beauty leader who thrives on developing people, driving commercial performance and building outstanding relationships within travel retail, we'd love to hear from you.
