This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work across iconic luxury beauty and premium retail environments, partnering with renowned brands and prestigious retail partners including names such as Harrods and Jimmy Choo.

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of luxury brands, creating and executing 360° marketing and activation plans that drive both brand equity and commercial success. You’ll work closely with internal teams across marketing, digital, sales and visual merchandising, ensuring every campaign lands with impact and excellence.
This is not a role for someone who likes to sit back and maintain the status quo. We’re looking for someone proactive, energetic and commercially sharp who loves momentum and wants to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading brand strategy and campaign execution across the UK market
- Delivering exciting product launches and retail activations
- Managing media budgets, forecasting and performance analysis
- Working collaboratively with premium retail partners and global stakeholders
- Creating best-in-class marketing plans across digital, retail and experiential channels
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance
- Building strong relationships internally and externally to drive brand growth
- Previous Brand Management experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or high-end fashion
- Experience working with prestigious brands and premium retail environments
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Someone naturally collaborative, positive and highly organised
- A self-starter who brings energy, ideas and pace
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
