We are looking for a reliable Direct-to-Media & Vinyl Shop Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate printing and vinyl production equipment, ensuring high-quality output while meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with vinyl cutting, paper trimming, and laminating processes
- Monitor production quality and identify defects or print issues
- Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Operate direct-to-media flatbed printers and related production equipment
- Previous experience in print production, Vinyl shop environment
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good knowledge of print process and pre-press requirements
- Print calibration knowledge
