About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced New Business Sales Executive with a proven background in semi perm/perm point of sale to drive growth across retailers and brands. This role is focused on developing new partnerships and delivering elevated 360 POS solutions that reflect brand DNA, craftsmanship, and excellence in retail. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established business which is growing year on year. We offer our clients a full turnkey solution, from design to manufacture and installation all under one roof in our 215,000 sq. ft production facility. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of retail environments and has experience selling high-quality, permanent and semi-permanent POS, working closely with brand, VM, and retail teams to create best‑class consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by using existing industry contacts to build senior-level relationships with brand, VM, retail marketing, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Sell premium POS solutions including permanent, semi-permanent, and bespoke installations whilst leading the full sales process from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop refined, brand-led solutions and ensure POS concepts align with brand guidelines, materials, and craftsmanship standards.
  • Maintain a robust new business pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Track retail trends, competitor activity, and innovation within retail POS.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated sales experience within retail POS (essential) and a strong understanding of retail environments, VM standards, and brand storytelling with a proven ability to sell complex, high-value 3D POS projects.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic and commercially astute.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with global brands and retailers.
  • Knowledge of premium materials, finishes, sustainable solutions and production processes.
  • Multi-market POS rollout experience.
