WeMindTheGap, based in Wales, is seeking a Youth Programme Lead to facilitate our 12-month WeGrow programme. In this role, you will provide mentoring, work placements, and life skills training to young people, helping them thrive in their personal and professional journeys.

The position includes responsibilities such as:
