WeMindTheGap is a social mobility charity that has been empowering young people across the North West and North Wales since 2014. Our mission is to create opportunities and address life’s challenges for young people through our programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful programmes, mentoring and coaching young individuals, and fostering long-term relationships with participants.
  • Work closely with community partners, track and report progress, and contribute to the development of initiatives that support participants' personal and professional growth.
  • Engage with young people across a variety of activities and ensure a supportive and uplifting environment.
