DENTAL ADMIN MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE DENTAL PRACTICE IN WEMBLEY. We are seeking an organised and experienced administrator/manager or experienced dental nurse to join our young, vibrant, and award-nominated dental team in Wembley. Our purely private practice specialises in high-quality cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional patient journey — from first enquiry to final smile. We have been finalists in the Dentistry Awards for six consecutive years, a testament to our commitment to excellence and patient care.
We are looking for an administrator/manager who can confidently handle both management and front-of-house responsibilities. The role includes covering reception duties, providing a friendly and professional welcome to our patients, alongside handling daily administrative tasks. Additional flexible part-time days are available for management responsibilities such as compliance, team coordination, patient communications, and business support.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across reception and clinical areas
- Manage and support the front-of-house and administrative team
- Handle patient communications, appointments, and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Monitor and optimise practice performance, including diary management and patient follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with CQC, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clinicians to coordinate treatments and scheduling effectively
- Manage financial tasks such as payments, invoicing, and reporting
- Support marketing and patient experience initiatives
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Team player who leads by example
- Previous experience in Dentistry, such as an experienced dental nurse, a previous dental manager, etc.
