What you'll do
- Research and identify high-value prospects in target industries
- Craft personalised outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls
- Support sales team with research and lead intelligence
- Create content for newsletters, social media, and blog
- Track and optimise conversion metrics across the funnel
- Build and maintain our prospect database and CRM
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong research skills and ability to understand complex business needs
- Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI/tech, or startup environments
