What will your future role be?
- Manage lift modernisation and new installation projects from start to finish
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Ensure all technical documentation, risk assessments, and method statements are completed
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams for smooth handovers
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover processes
- Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
You are the right person for us if
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lift/elevator industry
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills
- Effective leadership and team management, including coordinating subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Health & Safety conscious with site safety management experience
- Strong problem‐solving skills to proactively address challenges
- CIP or relevant project management qualification is a plus
