What will your future role be?

  • Manage lift modernisation and new installation projects from start to finish
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
  • Ensure all technical documentation, risk assessments, and method statements are completed
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams for smooth handovers
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover processes
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

You are the right person for us if

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lift/elevator industry
  • Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills
  • Effective leadership and team management, including coordinating subcontractors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Health & Safety conscious with site safety management experience
  • Strong problem‐solving skills to proactively address challenges
  • CIP or relevant project management qualification is a plus
