WeMaintain in the UK is seeking a Senior Modernisation Sales Manager to grow our lift modernisation and new installation business across the UK. You'll identify opportunities within our nationwide portfolio and build relationships with property managers, building owners, consultants and other stakeholders.
Working with Sales, Operations and Project Management, you'll conduct site surveys, prepare proposals and drive tender submissions from initial discussions through to contract award.
