Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Modernisation Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the UK. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility with office presence at our London Bridge location. As a Modernisation Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving modernisation and new installation revenue growth by acquiring new clients and supporting our existing relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Management team, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
What Will Your Future Role Be?
- Define and implement plan to deliver on your modernisation and new installation sales targets
- Grow, analyse and forecast the commercial pipeline
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to follow up on leads
- Maintain protocols consistent with data protection laws
- Coordinate with Ops and Project team to ensure the service is delivered as promised
- Be conversant with independent lift packages available in the market
- Develop outbound sales leads targeting the commercial and residential sector through property managers, asset owners and consultants
- Join tenders, draft and submit responses
- Survey potential opportunities, attend site and measure existing lift shafts
- Liaise with suppliers for costs to populate tenders
- Leverage existing customer base both in London and nationally to drive growth
- Follow, understand and implement latest regulations
OTE £85k–£100k
You Are the Right Person for Us If:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets within Hard FM.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solutions oriented approach to addressing client needs and overcoming objections.
- Ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
