Who are we? In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible. With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in‑house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients. Based in Paris, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on‑ground expertise with data‑driven management to deliver maintenance that is high‑performing, transparent and sustainable. We don’t just maintain buildings. We transform how they’re operated.

Why join us? Because here, you don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability. Large groups often offer stability, but little room to manoeuvre. Smaller organisations allow more freedom, but sometimes without clear direction. At WeMaintain, we strike the right balance:

  • Real autonomy, with modern tools and strong support
  • A culture built on trust, transparency and respect
  • Genuine opportunities for growth and internal mobility
  • A team that values commitment, perseverance and the drive to make things happen

And our values guide us every day:

  • Care: Working with respect and kindness, internally as well as with our customers
  • Grit: Seeing things through, with high standards and determination
  • Uniqueness: Daring to be yourself, sharing your ideas and challenging the status quo

Who we’re looking for? We are looking for a Product Manager - Systems & Problem Solving to join our Product & Engineering team in Europe (remote‑friendly). This role is intentionally open to less experienced candidates who show strong problem‑solving ability, sharp thinking, and a high capacity to learn fast. In this role, you will lead product initiatives end‑to‑end, with a strong focus on turning messy operational problems into clear, structured, buildable systems. As WeMaintain scales, our biggest constraint is not ideas or engineering capacity, it’s turning complex, ambiguous situations into focused product direction that teams can execute on quickly and effectively. This includes identifying where AI can remove manual coordination, structure messy signals, and make operational decisions more scalable. You will own the shaping and definition of product initiatives, ensuring that what gets built is grounded in reality, technically sound, and tied to measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Your day‑to‑day at WeMaintain:

  • Frame high‑impact product opportunities tied to Service KPIs (revenue, efficiency, cost‑to‑serve)
  • Lead discovery across Field Engineers, CSMs, Supply teams, and Customers
  • Turn ambiguous operational problems into clear problem statements and scoped bets
  • Break down complex systems, constraints, and workflows into structured, buildable solutions
  • Define system behaviour, logic, and key tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering
  • Move quickly from problem to direction without waiting for perfect information
  • Ensure what gets built works under real operational constraints, not just in theory
  • Take increasing ownership of complex initiatives as your understanding of the domain deepens
  • Link each initiative to measurable operational and financial outcomes

You will work on initiatives such as:

  • Applying AI to automate repetitive decisions and simplify complex operational flows
  • Structuring decision logic that helps teams act faster without escalating or over‑relying on manual processes
  • Building internal tools and workflows that improve service efficiency and reduce cost‑to‑serve

What we're looking for:

  • Are early in your PM career (or transitioning from engineering, operations, or another problem‑solving role) but already show strong ownership and autonomy
  • Are driven by solving hard, messy problems and bringing structure where others see noise
  • Move naturally toward ambiguity and reduce it quickly into clear direction
  • Break complex systems down fast and push toward practical solutions
  • Are comfortable working close to technical constraints and making tradeoffs
  • Learn fast, ask sharp questions, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Care more about solving meaningful problems than about titles, frameworks, or process

Bonus points if: We don’t expect you to have seen everything already. We do expect you to ramp fast, think clearly, and take ownership quickly.

Why this role is different: Your work shows up in the real world, fast. What you define impacts how operations run, how teams coordinate, and how revenue is generated. You’ll work on applied systems, not abstract features, where decisions have immediate operational consequences. You’ll have high ownership, and you’ll spend more time thinking, structuring, and defining than managing backlog or ceremonies.

Salary: As this is a Europe‑wide role, compensation will be adapted to the candidate’s country of location and aligned with local market benchmarks. For example:

  • UK: ÂŁ65,000 - ÂŁ85,000 base salary
  • Portugal: €55,000 - €75,000 base salary

The exact package will depend on experience, level of ownership, and demonstrated impact. We are open to high‑potential profiles who may sit below the top of the range, as well as more experienced candidates operating at the upper end. At WeMaintain, we value diversity, encourage personal development, and are committed to inclusion. Whatever your background, story or identity, you are welcome to apply.
