We are looking for a full-time Senior Auditor to join our growing team in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and ambitious professional who wants to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

As Senior Auditor, you will oversee all aspects of audit work, including accounts and tax preparation for a varied portfolio of SME clients with a team backing you up. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an audit practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client assignments
  • Experience with My Work Papers is an advantage but not essential
  • Familiarity with Xero and Digita (Thomson Reuters) would also be beneficial

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing audit and accounts working files
  • Supporting and mentoring the audit team
  • Conducting audit work in line with agreed procedures
  • Producing audit summaries and discussion points for director/partners
  • Working within agreed budgets and timeframes
  • Preparing draft tax computations and disclosures
  • Managing client deadlines and queries
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Audit qualified (or equivalent)
  • Ambition to progress to Responsible Individual (RI) status
