We are seeking a Fulfillment & Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

Role Overview
As a Fulfillment & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the packing, shipping, and logistics of customer orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining high fulfillment standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing our operations for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
3. Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
4. Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and condition before shipping.
5. Returns & Exchanges: Handle returned items, process refunds, and restock products as needed.
6. Warehouse & Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Customer Support Assistance: Work closely with customer service to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment workflows.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics is a plus.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
3. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to lift and move packages when required.
5. Familiarity with shipping platforms and order management systems is advantageous.
6. Team player with a proactive approach to work.

Employment: Part-time
Schedule: Mon – Thur, 9:00-16:00
Salary: £11.5 – £13 hourly
