The predicted salary is between 46376 - 49608 £ per year.
Starting salary £46,376pa with progression to £49,608pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance). 37 hours per week (hybrid working). Permanent contract.
We’re looking for a proactive and accomplished Contract Manager to manage the day to day delivery of the council’s key front-line services, including Recycling & Refuse Collection, Street Cleansing, and Grounds Maintenance.
Key responsibilities:You will lead a small Community & Environment team, ensuring high standards are consistently met to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming public realm across the borough. You will provide strong contract oversight and day to day management of streetscene contracts with a combined value exceeding £7 million. You will identify and deliver service improvements through effective project management and timely procurement of services, equipment, and resources.
