Based at Campus West, £13.64 per hour, casual hours as and when required (to include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays).
As part of the Front of House team at Campus West, you will work in all customer-facing aspects of the business including Roller City, The Theatre, Cinemas, Soft Play City, and food services.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include preparing the building to a high standard to greet our customers. Presenting a welcoming, courteous, helpful, and efficient service to all members of the public, you will always anticipate the comfort and safety needs of our customers.
The Ideal CandidateWe are ideally looking for someone who has:
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a busy environment.
- Experience of using an electronic point of sale system (sale register), and food handling experience is desirable.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
