The predicted salary is between 41992 - 45089 € per year.

Starting salary £41,992 pa with progression to £45,089 pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance).

37 hours per week (hybrid working). Permanent contract.

What you will do!

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our planned and cyclical investment programmes to the housing and commercial stock in line with agreed standards. This will include working alongside our contractors and consultants and holding them to account on their performance. You will also be required to provide technical advice, develop scopes of work and specifications on various projects and liaising with customers on their requirements.

What will you need!

Formally qualified in Building Studies, you should be highly experienced in diagnosing building faults and providing cost-effective solutions. This will give you the ability to identify repairs, draw up specifications, make technical decisions and solve complex problems, and you should be knowledgeable regarding building standards and passionate about delivering customer focussed outcomes.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post. The post holder will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
