The predicted salary is between 30756 - 34011 £ per year.

Starting salary £30,756 pa with progression to £34,011 pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance). 37 hours per week (hybrid working). Fixed term contract until 31 March 2028.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Organisational Development team, focusing on Learning & Development.
  • Respond to routine enquiries through shared inboxes, draft correspondence, produce data, and liaise with managers, employees and external trainers.
  • Maintain employee data on multiple systems and produce purchase orders, process invoices and manage year‑end activities.
  • Administer the Learning Management System, including booking and scheduling training courses.
  • Generate reports and analyse data related to learning and HR activities.
  • Co‑ordinate and facilitate the quarterly Corporate Induction for new starters.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and high professionalism.

  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate effective time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Transferable experience in HR or learning/support roles is an advantage.
