The predicted salary is between 26720 - 27134 £ per year.

Starting salary £26,720 pro rata with progression to £27,134 pro rata through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance).

1 x 37 hours per week, 1 x 27.5 hours per week (two-week rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays). 2 x Permanent roles.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the Food and Beverage team at Campus West Entertainment. You will work in the kitchen supplying food to all aspects of the business including RollerCity, The Theatre, Cinemas and Soft Play City. You will be preparing all food dishes on the standard menu ensuring at the point of delivery they are of the highest quality and consistent in standard, being fresh, hot (if required), timely, and presentable to the customer.

You will assist in maintaining excellent standards of kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness at all times. It is essential that you have experience in menu preparation and the procedural and practical operation of a commercial kitchen. You will be qualified in Catering and/or Hospitality at NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), and have a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.

Both roles work on a two week rota which includes working regular evenings, weekends and bank holidays to meet the demands of the food operation service. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
