The predicted salary is between 41992 - 45089 £ per year.

Starting salary £41,992 pa with progression to £45,089 pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance). 37 hours per week (hybrid working). Permanent contract.

What you will do!

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our planned and cyclical investment programmes to the housing and commercial stock in line with agreed standards.
  • This will include working alongside our contractors and consultants and holding them to account on their performance.
  • You will also be required to provide technical advice, develop scopes of work and specifications on various projects and liaising with customers on their requirements.

What will you need!

  • Formally qualified in Building Studies, you should be highly experienced in diagnosing building faults and providing cost‑effective solutions.
  • This will give you the ability to identify repairs, draw up specifications, make technical decisions and solve complex problems.
  • You should be knowledgeable regarding building standards and passionate about delivering customer focused outcomes.
  • The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
  • The post holder will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
