This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Leisure, Community and Cultural services, working with service teams and partners to ensure Welwyn Hatfield remains a positive and healthy place to live and visit.

You will be responsible for a wide range of services from sports partnerships and leisure centres to community grants & outreach services, along with housing allocations and supported living.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative leader who has experience of leisure, community and cultural services, who will be responsible for a budget in excess of £10 million across the service area. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about people and community, and committed to making a real difference to the residents of Welwyn Hatfield.
