Overview
Transformation Project Officer (RP0100). Starting salary Β£38,350pa with potential progression to Β£41,254pa on achieving designated skills and experience. 37 hours per week (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Transformation Strategy and a programme of improvement projects.
- Apply analytical skills of a business analyst to identify, analyse, and recommend business improvements.
- Manage and deliver changes across the council as part of ongoing transformation, including projects related to Local Government Reorganisation.
- Contribute to a new transformation strategy and ongoing continuous improvements to how services are delivered to customers.
- Support service projects across the council (e.g., housing and environment).
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels, bring energy and enthusiasm, and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Engage with members of the public in accurate spoken English; convey advice clearly.
- Work in a hybrid arrangement, with a requirement to work at the primary office in Welwyn Garden City for at least two days per week.
