We are seeking a Neighbourhood Officer who can proactively lead the delivery of a customer-focused service for a patch of properties in the Borough. You’ll deliver a high-quality housing and tenancy service, delivering excellent services to the community and help to create sustainable and thriving neighbourhoods. You will be encouraged to be innovative in the delivery of neighbourhood services, with a solution focused approach to overcome challenges and contribute to thriving communities, as well as helping deliver an exceptional ‘first point of contact resolution’ customer experience.
Qualifications
- Has experience of working in the housing sector or similar role
- Has experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills
- Has experience of delivering a high standard of customer service with demonstrable initiative and problem-solving skills
- Has experience of working collaboratively building successful working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers
- Has experience of Safeguarding, raising concerns through policies and procedures
- Has good IT skills
- Has a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
