As a Team Leader at Welwyn Grange you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have the experience and confidence to successfully lead others by example with the ability to deal with situations with a high level of professionalism. With a minimum of level 3 in Health & Social Care, you will also have previous experience in giving medication, and working as a senior in a care home environment.
Our Team Leaders are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home for our residents by delivering the highest quality person‑centred care.
Responsibilities:- Monitor our senior carers and carers, including supervisions and probations and leading the shift
- Create person‑centred care plans ensuring the needs of our residents are met
- Be responsible for medication management
