Salary: Β£15.78 per hour full time β days and nights (Β£34,463 per annum)

We are a new luxury care home, providing the most beautiful high-quality environment for our residents to live in. We offer a truly fresh and inspirational approach to residential, nursing and support care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with individual care plans.
- Creating person centred care plans ensuring the needs of our residents are met
- Monitor residents\\\β health, recognising changes and escalating concerns to Registered Nurses or senior staff.
- Be responsible for medication management.
Qualifications
- With a minimum of level 3 in Health & Social Care and or working towards your NMC PIN, you will have previous experience in giving medication, and working as a senior in a care home environment.
