£15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, Welwyn Grange, Welwyn Garden City. Welwyn Grange is a new care home set within the heart of the community in Welwyn Garden City. We will bring a fresher approach to residential, nursing and support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the building and facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort for residents.
- Respond efficiently to maintenance and repair issues.
- Transport residents to and from appointments and social visits, providing a caring and efficient driving service.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Integrity, calm, friendly, well organised, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in professional facilities maintenance or a professional facilities maintenance environment is an advantage.
- May be required to be on-call for maintenance emergencies at times.
