We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Welton Family Health Centre. This is a fixed term maternity cover position for 26 hours per week, expected to end September 2027. We are dedicated to the growth of our clinicians, offering training and opportunities to expand clinical skills. Regular debriefs, clinical discussions, and team meetings ensure a supportive and connected working environment.
Main duties of the job:
- To provide high quality nursing care to meet the needs of the practice population, which includes treatment, screening, preventative care, patient education, and clinical quality systems maintenance.
- Working in partnership with other clinical, management, and administrative colleagues to meet stated practice developmental goals.
