The role is part of the Engineering Department, supporting the capital investment programme. You will work with framework contractors to ensure capital investments are designed, installed and commissioned on time, while meeting cost and quality requirements. Engineering support will be provided for both planned and reactive projects. Travel around Wales is required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:2 degree in Electrical Engineering, completed by September 2026

  • Knowledge of Power Systems, Control Systems, Instrumentation & Design

Responsibilities

  • Support design, installation and commissioning of capital investment projects
  • Ensure projects meet cost, quality and time targets
  • Provide engineering support for planned and reactive projects
