We are seeking a recently graduated Electrical Engineer (minimum 2:2 degree) to join our Engineering Department as part of the Graduate Scheme. No prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capital investment programme, working with framework contractors to ensure projects are designed, installed, and commissioned on time, within cost and quality requirements.
  • Provide engineering support for planned and reactive projects within the business.
  • Travelling across Wales as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2:2 degree in Electrical Engineering by September 2026.
  • Knowledge of Power Systems, Control Systems, Instrumentation & Design.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Attention to detail.

Graduate Development

Recruitment Process

The advert runs until 3rd May 2026. Selected candidates will receive a short assessment followed by an in-person assessment centre in South East Wales around June 2026.
