Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) is seeking an ambitious Women’s & Girls Performance Pathway Manager & Coach to lead the 14–18 phase of the pathway. You will work across Player Development Centres, Emerging Programmes and Wales U18 to ensure high-quality coaching and a progressive player journey.
You will collaborate with the Head of Women’s Coaching & Development to implement coaching philosophies and support long-term player development for high-potential female athletes.
